Month Comments Sept-Dec 2004 Dropped use of Manerix. Modified supplements to reflect use of the Centrum Protegra multivitamin and increased levels of B6, B12, folic acid, calcium, Saw Palmetto, Vitamin C, and Garlic. Jan-Aug 2004 Changed to minimum level of medications and supplements: Metformin, Inhibace, Manerix, Aspirin, Green Barley, Udo's Oil, Whey Protein, and a Multivitamin (Centrum Protegra). Due to the side-effects of Viagra, started with Cialis in April 2004. Comparing Viagra with Cialis, I've noticed with Cialis that it takes more stimulation to get an erection and it isn't as firm, but the effect lasts longer (about 3 days) and the side-effects are a lot less.
