The following table presents a summary of what I eat in a week (as recorded in my Food Diary). As you can see, and as I've mentioned elsewhere, I'm loosely following the Zone Diet! As you can also see, I don't always monitor my blood glucose as often as I should. What matters is that you begin to get a feeling for how food affects you and then apply what you learn to adjust your diet to achieve good blood glucose control.
